Talking Drums is a unique percussion trio that interprets traditional afro-caribbean rhythms and adpats them to an original music format combining contemporary drumset, hand percussion and vocals. In this video funk drumming innovator David Garibaldi , Cuban-born hand drummer Jesus Diaz and San Fransico Bay Aera percussionist Michael Spiro , perform and breakdown several exciting compositions which demonstrate the rich complexities and possibilities for both hand drum and drumset.
